Never enough registers open. No U-Scan registers. Low stock in common items. UPDATE: They now have multi U-Scan registers at each end of the store. These are far more faster to use then a cashier manned line. Stock seems to have gotten better. They have also added the "Quick Pickup" option which works well. Best time to shop though is after 9 PM.

Made my trip here today I was impressed with their new Christmas Items. Especially the Large 🍬. I was offered assistance by several employees. I even discovered new toys.

Customer service is considered to be the highest badge of merit that a company can earn, and for so many years I have avoided Walmart as much as possible due to its bad service and also the lines I had to make to buy something at your registers, but tonight Walmart has won my service back! This is an attribute that I value more than low pricing for a product or even before its quality. In my 10 years living in Middletown Ohio, I haven’t personally experienced a customer service like this one at your Walmart store. I am certain that this has not been your employee’s first act of kindness towards a customer, he handled my product request and conflict and/or issues with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help me. He went out of his way to make sure that my special request, services, and needs were met, and I can actually warranty you that your employee went beyond of what is expected to deliver just by looking at the way your management actually handles customer service (Not good and this area needs work)... back to what is truly important, I had a sincerity exceptional customer service experience provided by Dante at the Middletown store. You are lucky to have him, because I will spread the word, to all my family members, friends and community that we can go back to Walmart because they are focusing now in providing such an exceptional costumer service or perhaps we should look out for Dante! Thank you for your end of service Dante, you have such a fine personality, a character with good intentions, you will go far in life, I hope Walmart values ​​you... Not my favorite place to shop, personal experience is most employees are unresponsive, you rarely get someone in the hunting section that knows how to ring up a licence....after you wait an hour for someone to even show up when you repeatedly. Not .such fabric selection, nice little craft area, up to date styles in clothing, shoe selection is sparse, fruits and veggies seem to me nice and fresh, great bakery staff.

The stores okay to shop at because there's never a crowd there. There's always a bunch of people working that are very helpful. There was a woman there named Debbie I don't know her last name but she was very kind and helpful she was around 60 or so. They definitely need to give her a raise
