This is a typical large Walmart. It is located in a somewhat depressed area, which is evident by the clientele that patronizes the store. Please do not assume that I'm racist, for I am a person of color. The "Associates" do a decent job, considering they're probably paid minimum wage. Although the store is open 24-hours, it is best visited during daylight hours. I have never had anything "bad" happen to me here, but my street-smarts always make me look over my shoulder, at this location even in the daytime.

I had no problem finding everything I was looking for. But my friend, who was looking for me (I had told her what I was looking for), asked an employee where were the silk flowers. The employee told her there were no silk flowers only fresh flowers. I was 2 aisles over where the "silk" flowers were! And there was a good assortment to choose from. This is not the first time this has happened.

Jackie at the customer service station is awesome she is fast thorough and polite. Angela the one of the managers is very lazy she sat and watched 10 people stand in the service line and took her time moving never came herself but sent someone else over to help us. Angela is a very obese black lady who has a hard time walking and every time I see her she's moving like a snail and today this morning she was using a shopping cart to lean on to assist with her walking. I probably would not have to say anything except for her attitude stinks. Walmart doesn't care for poor to lower class people having to wait in line they never have enough customer service people to help us this is the location on service road of Bissonnet and Sam Houston Parkway

Would seriously give this store a 0 star rating but it's not possible. I have had many problems with the staff here once I was even told I couldn't use the self checkout until I spoke to a manager and eventually they did let me but when I was walking out the lady who told me i couldn't use the self checkout had their security officer check my whole shopping cart to see if i had scanned every single item. They took a lot of time and they didn't even apologize to me for acting that way. This was one of the worst treatments I've got and no-one deserves to get treated this way.

All of the good reviews on here are from people that work at this store and there family and friends don't believe the lies this store should be shut down
