Overall very pleased. The only issue I have is the fact they do not have enough people to keep the shelves stocked. There milk and distilled water is always empty. I know there not out of anything, because when I ask them to get it for me they always have it in the back.

Here we go, one of my favorite places to shop just left a bad taste in my mouth. A friend of mine went to Walmart in Plover and wanted to purchase alcohol along with her other groceries. Because she had her son's girlfriend with her, who is 19, she was denied the sale. A sales associate told her it was a state law ( ????). I just called and spoke with "Manager Cody" as he called himself, and he confirmed that this is a store policy. His words were, if you have young children with you, we don't ask for ID from everyone, but if they are older, we ask for ID. Well who the hell determines younger/older? The "highly educated" cashier that claimed it was a state law? Then I asked the question that pertains to many of my friends and family. ...what if your child has a different last name than you? Here it is folks...they would DENY THE sale! Goodbye Walmart!

I hate that this is the only Walmart that’s not out of the way from our house. OUT OF STOCK: I’ve been grocery shopping here bi-weekly for over two years now and they are always out of several items - spaghetti sauce, syrup, and buns are really hard to come by (the brands we want)! It seems to be pretty consistent too with what items they don’t have, so you’d think they’d learn better demand and supply at some point...... I don’t even want to go into how horrible their fresh fruits and veggie selection is, because that seems to be how they want it. I just head to Copps for that. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have done their receipt survey multiple times (something I’ve never done for another store) because of my interactions, or lack there of, with the cashiers. I have been completely ignored many times while checking out, not even a ‘hello’, ‘your total is’, or ‘thank you’. So often they just have another cashier at their checkout talking to them non-stop about non work-related topics. There are specific younger women I avoid because of this behavior, but it happens to some extent with nearly all of them. Unacceptable. When I have the time to go to several stores to get the things I need instead of going to THIS Walmart, I do. When I don’t, I can’t expect to get all the things I need anyways.

Always shop here for the best prices however they have no alcohol, no weaved baskets, or gift cards when I needed them in October (checked every register & no one knew where the gift cards were located).
