Absolutely THE WORST experience ever. I understand this tire and lube business I worked in it for many years. Forcing customers to pay for road hazard and lifetime balances and having a rude attitude is not going to get people to come back. They shattered the center caps on my wheels and refuses to say it was them despite the fact that the rims were brand new. That and the fact they called me at 6:50 to say they were done and by the time I got there they had closed, then gave me a stern talking to that 7 means 7 and I shouldn't have shown up late. I didn't anticipate a 4 hour wait to mount 4 tires. Never will I ever recommend this service center to anyone. Spend the extra money and go to Goodyear or Williams standard.

Went in for an oil change on my pickup and they said just finishing one up and then i was next. 4 hours later i went to check on it and they said it would be right out. They messed up on the bill and it took another hour to get that taken care of.

I finished my trip and got home and parked. Went out a couple days later and there was a huge puddle under it. It has never burned or leaked anything before so i checked the fluids and oil was not showing on dipstick. So i climbed underneath and found the oil filter ready to fall off. I wouldnt recommend them to even check your tire pressure. Worst place ever

It took four hours for them to put one tire on a rim. The lady behind the counter was terribly rude to other customers and me, but I was forced to bite my tongue because leaving without the tire was impossible. This was my only negative encounter while in the mid-west. Avoid this section of the walmart at all costs! (This was on a Sunday, so I had limited options)
