If I could give them zero stars I would. I went on a Saturday, during the day, when most working people have the time to go get stuff done on their cars. They only had one person working that could put my tire purchase into the computer and that person was on her hour long lunch break. So I left and came back. When I came back that singular  person able to order tires could not be found fr over 20 minutes. Even the store manager couldn't find her. And the store manager can not put in a tire purchase. The store manager must be new to the position because this Walmart is poorly ran. Who lets there business rely on one single person (an unreliable person at that) to enter what amounts to a major purchase in Walmart terms?

Honostly, this place is always such a let down. They are so slow, and always seem to be in their own world walking around and talking instead of working. I took my vehicle there a few months ago for tires, and I noticed the cross on a necklace hanging off my rearview mirror was gone. Chain was there still intact, cross was not. As usual, slip said they vacuumed, which they never do. I go in asking where my cross is, and suddenly it appears "in the vacuum!" Now how did a vacuum that they didnt use on my rugs end up in the vacuum with the chain still clasped?? Obviously, an employee stole it, and they didn't have the decency to tell me. Someone took the time to reclasp the chain and put it back on my mirror!  Manager said she was sorry, and who knows if anyone got questioned about it. If yiu go there, take out your valuables before letting anyone near your vehicle!

Usually I don't bother writing reviews however, in this case I cannot refuse! I brought two wheels to have the tires replaced with new ones. Nobody offered to take em out of the trunk where I had em nor did anybody offer to put em in the trunk when finished. Whatever. Not the issue here! Drove 20 miles back home just to find out that the dumb sticky weight fell off the rim. Gee, I wonder why.... Perhaps because when a surface is dirty nothing will stick to it! Duh! Drove back, stormed inside and out of anger purchased a can of brake cleaner and shop towels. Stormed outside and I myself cleaned the entire inside of the rim. The person who worked on it to begin with went to rebalance and place a new weight on it and apologised. Thank you for that at least. The Manager who knew darn well who i was came into the shop to see what was wrong. Weight came off and I myself cleaned rim after purchasing brake cleaner and paper towels. He says okay and walks back inside. And that's when I really got heated up! After putting wheel back in trunk I stormed back inside confronted the manager and asked him if he himself being the manager was going to apologize. Was not afraid to show my anger and I guess I caught him off guard because I basically had to force him to apologize for the many inconveniences. He clearly is Unfit to run that shop as a manger. His last name must be Commy... On a further note I was asked how much air pressure I put in my tires and also they were unaware that the tire has to be put on the correct was in regards to inward outward. Seems like important information they od to know. Air pressure recommendation stated on tire and correct me if I'm wrong, but the air pressure would vary depending on the manufacturer. I don't know I'm not the expert here.... Hell people, just don't bother going to Walmart. I believe there's two or three other places to go to in south hill.... Have a Nice Day.....

I have to say that this is the best service I have had at any Wal-Mart I have had my car serviced. Will who is the shop supervisor was extremely courteous and professional and knowledgeable assisted me and found the issue with my car. He gave me an oil change and showed me the findings which was what he thought. Kudos to the team here.
