Kept me waiting on the appointment line for 40 minutes then they hung up on me. When I called back they said they were closed and to call back during business hours...VERY FRUSTRATING!###

The staff person who I finally got to see was VERY helpful! My complicated need was finally, but quietly and competently figured out, and I walked out with my needed license plate. The wait was well over 3 hours! Plenty of time to run home for a quick lunch. And the whole building and parking lot was unbelievably dirty and depressing. They need to hire a power washer and/or sandblaster to clean it up!

Be prepared to come back multiple times and wait forever. Appointments are hard to get . I've been to airports in china that were more efficient.

There is an Asian lady ( probably Chinese) and she is so rude. Someone needs to make her learn to be polite.

Just came back from here. There were about 70 people waiting, but only two windows were working, if it can be called working. I spent an hour before giving up, and in that time they managed to serve exactly 3 customers. Most of the time was spent in waiting for no-show numbers (real or not), idle chit-chat with other workers or just aimlessly walking around the office. How this pencil pushing still has not been replaced by computers is beyond me. If you want to know why people are skeptical of any government run operation, this is the perfect example why. There's no incentive to do any productive work. You'll be paid the same if you help 5 or 50 customers, so why exert yourself. And if you ever need a 30 minute break, the person at the checkin desk punches 5 bogus slips and you get to do nothing as you wait for the ghost numbers to go through.
