This is a bare-bones RV park in the center of town, so not so much a place for camping as a place to park when you need a place to park. Within that limitation, it is great - good service and friendly folks, surprisingly quiet given the location, and the new little store is very convenient.  I stayed there years ago, stayed there last week, and will likely stay there again, it is very convenient and priced right.  The only thing I'd improve is the signage, and that might be subject to city ordinance.  For some reason it is easy to miss this place!

Awesome place to stay in KC. Owners were great. 
Showers clean. Campsites are Big and we’ll layed our. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay while traveling.  Bathrooms were nice.  Not much for amenities, but we didn't need anything on this trip.  Office Staff was really nice and very helpful!

Close to KC, which apparently justified the high price for very small spaces with gravel pads.  The WiFi works ok and lots of local tv channels, but geez.  58 bucks with a ten dollar late fee if you don’t leave by 11?  Give me the Cali desert.

The owners were very nice but it look like a parking lot . No grass for the dogs.  I could stretch my arms out touch my camper and the camper next to me it's good for a one night or two nights stay I guess. Not far off the highway. Tonight's was enough for me we moved one of those state parks beautiful
