I enjoyed the opportunity I was given. A wonderful tour of the facility. The whole staff were very welcoming, cheerful,  and warm. You can definitely feel the sense of family and camaraderie and of course the magical Disney feeling. Thank you WDTC

Used Walt Disney Travel Co for a very important trip. Very disappointed in the whole process from planning to arrival. Called numerous times to ensure plans were correct and upon arrival learned nothing was as requested. Would not ever use them again.

Very disappointing my first experience with this travel company. I made reservations for 3 nights and they booked me for 2 nights only I ended up paying $1,400 1 adult 2 children 3 parks 3 days. But messed up my hole vacation experience. When I looked into their website pictures of the hotel I was staying they were very nice. But when I got to the hotel I found out it wasn't even a hotel it was a motel, and infested with cockroaches. First and last time.
