This company used to be amazing. I have waited over a year to write a review to give them the benefit of the doubt. Since they have changed out ALL of the previous friendly and helpful staff to a new staff that is completely rude, condescending, and act like its a complete burden to help with anything regarding your policy. I have had a policy through them for over 5 years and I will never go back once it expires. I have lost hundreds of dollars and many hours on the telephone trying to get issues resolved that they should've been doing. Don't expect them to do anything but collect your money. I am a college student and a full time professional and was talked to with complete disrespect. If you value your time and money don't do it. I would have left less stars if I could.

I have been doing my tax filing with The Walter Agency for a number of years. I also get auto and homeowners insurance through them. Never once have I had a problem!

My father used this company for car insurance and when I moved to town 7 years ago, I too decided to use them for my car insurance based on his recommendation. I have never had bad service or a bad experience with them and I highly recommend the Walter Agency to anyone who wants to save a few $ on their car insurance without loosing quality of service.

Be extremely cautious about doing business with this company! As a business person, it's a shame how these people conduct their business. They have contracted with my firm to provide a service which we went above and beyond to produce phenomenal results only to be stiffed on the payment. The irony of the situation is that the owner preaches about his financial success but yet feels it necessary not to pay small debts. I am highly concerned about the integrity, reliability and quality of service that comes out of this firm. I highly suggest that you be extremely diligent if you contract with them.
