As someone with years of experience in customer service, this store offers top class customer service. Eric is highly knowledgeable and professional. I was fortunate to get to know him on a more personal level and he was always willing to go out of his way. Eric always made himself available and gives you 100% of his attention with any question/concern you may have. His extensive experience is evident the moment you start working with him. Walter Bauman in Clifton has easily become my go to place for any type of jewelry and I look forward to working with Eric again in the near future.

I recently purchased my engagement ring here and the experience, from the customer service aspect to the selection of rings, was perfect.  Eric personally addressed each request and concern I had until the perfect ring was found.  The store has multiple locations, so if a select item you describe is unavailable at the Clifton branch, Eric will ensure it is transferred as quick as can be and will reach out to confirm with you.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will go to great lengths to educate on diamonds and bands, which gave me the confidence I needed to make a purchase.  There was no pressure or games, just fair deals when compared to other jewelers.

I highlight recommend this store for your jewelry needs, specifically engagement given my experience.

You CANNOT find better deals, better people willing to give you those deals nor a better selection of things you want deals on!!!  Marina is not only drop-dead gorgeous but she’s also some kind of jewelry guru!!  She has such a great eye for what fits her customers. I can’t say enough great things about her or them!!!  Thank you, WBJ!!!  I’d not only be lost without you but I’d be poorer too!!!  😀😀😀

My fiancé purchased my beautiful engagement ring from Walter Bauman Jewelers with the help of Eric. We got engaged in August and had to resize my ring twice. Both times, Eric was very accommodating and prompt about it. Will definitely go back to him for our wedding bands.

I was able to get my special someone a gorgeous engagement ring customized at a great price with Eric's help. I was floored by how great it looked !!! Always happy when I'm at this place - Eric and all the staff are all so helpful always!
