Coming from a family of retired lawyers, I cannot express in words how amazing Walt is. 

I can sit here and write a 10 page essay on how great my experience was with him. This man saved my future. 

He was no BS from the start, when I consulted with him, he told me everything that could happen unlike previous lawyers who would promise me great results. They are all talk, Walt is all action. He is very professional and a very kind man. He talked me through the whole process and even with a family history of lawyers, I learned an astronomical amount from him. 

I'm telling you right now if you're looking for a lawyer to hire, your search is complete because this man does his job and does it thoroughly. He was there for me every time i called and had a concern (even answered me when he was at his sons baseball game, sorry for interrupting!) and he called me every time he got any new information from my case,

My mother wants to hire him as our family lawyer and she never believed in having one before! That should say a lot!

Thank you Walt, seriously, you pretty much saved my life, I cannot express how much your work means to me.

Mr. Benson went above and beyond for my family. He did his research and was on top of the game! Quick responses when emailed, and professionalism in the courtroom and outside. He is an attorney who really cares! Could not have asked for anyone better to represent us!

I had never gotten into trouble before, so hiring an attorney was overwhelming. I got on the internet and started reading reviews. Mr. Benson, along with three others in the area caught my eye. It wasn’t until after meeting personally with them all that I knew my decision without a doubt – Attorney Walt Benson. He was straightforward. He didn’t try and “sell” his services. He told me what he could do and the possible outcomes, but did not give me false hope. After some consideration he was hired.  I was very pleased with my decision.  He walked me through the entire process, answered any and all questions I had, treated me with respect, and ended up delivering a verdict that was far better than expected. Stepping into the courthouse,  it became obvious  he’s  very well regarded in the Summit County area.  Anyone would benefit from having Mr. Benson represent them. I would not hesitate for refer him to family or friends. Well worth the money!

I got into a bad situation a few years ago in Summit County had to find a good lawyer. Not knowing much about the lawyers in the area, I called around and spoke with several on the phone and after speaking with Walt I knew he was my guy. He listened to my story, asked questions and was the only one to suggest a different course of action(which required more effort from him.) I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me, but at the same time didn't overpromise just to get my business.  He was very professional the entire time and worked to resolve my issue with the best possible outcome. I honestly believe that if I had chosen any other lawyer the outcome wouldn't have been as good; and completely attribute that to the effort from Mr. Benson.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family or friends and if I ever needed a lawyer again he would be my first call.
