Midway between Homestead and Miami is a community that holds special meaning to many Miamians. It is a community where neighbors still wave to each other and one in which everybody surely knows your name. Deep in the south of a lively and congested Miami, this community feels more like a small town than just an area in a major city to many of its residents. We’re talking about Perrine and the Village of Palmetto Bay.

And this community has a special meaning to our families. It is the home to our restaurant, Walter’s Coffee Shop, and the home to generations of families enjoying the same lifestyle of a family-friendly, laid-back neighborhood that we have enjoyed for decades. It is where Walter and Jo once called home and where Lenny and Grace, Vicki and Jerry, Walter, Adam and Dana, still call home. So, in honor of this great village we present to you a web page dedicated to the legacy and future of our home.
