I have to write this review on behalf of my mother. The female doctor that screened our elderly dog today was incredibly rude. This has not been the first time that she was unfriendly and would not look us while speaking. Being that our dog is very old, he has several health issues. We cannot always afford the costs of his treatments, but we do the best we can. This doctor, not knowing anyone's financial situation, should never make the client feel responsible for the dog's aging issues. She spoke down to my mother and made her feel as though it was all her fault. This will most likely be the last time we visit her and the clinic. I do want it to be known that the staff and male veterinarian is extremely welcoming and friendly. Whereas, the female doctor is not. I cannot even tell you her name because she has never introduced herself. I highly recommend anyone who chooses to visit her office to choose the male doctor if available.

I love the fact that they care for your pets just as much as you do!!!! They took there time with my dog Bayli, as they gave her shots and cutting her nails (no one was able to cut her nails before ) I would highly recommend thanks y'all

I don't usually write bad reviews about this vet because most of the time they know what they're doing but this time around that's not the case. Recently I had taken my sick cat here hoping to see if the vets could find something wrong with her. Both vets there told me that my cat had been dehydrated. They inserted some fluids into her veins and told me that it would take a few days for my cat get better. A few days passed and my cat was still in the same condition. I went back the following week and asked them why she wasn't feeling any better. The female doctor took her in and examined her but didn't find anything wrong with her other than the fact that she was still dehydrated and needed more fluids. I was severily worried for my cat so I visited another vet and that vet found out that not only did my cat been dehydrated but she had a bladder infection. Something that walter should've found day 1. Basically I wasted my money and time going to this vet and will never return back. If you want true care for your pet visit another vet besides this one.

I've never really been impressed with this place. They don't lay a hand on the dog other than to hold them down to give vaccines. Which was ok I suppose because I know and examine my dogs well enough to know if something is wrong with them. When my oldest dog started losing hair on his leg and was constantly licking it, I knew something was wrong so I took him here. For three months we brought him in while he lost more and more hair. He grew more miserable each week and started losing a lot of weight. The female vet here (not sure of her name) continuously would lay eyes on him for a few seconds and prescribe the same medications that obviously weren't working. The third time we brought him (the third month he'd been obviously suffering) she walks in and makes us feel as if we were to blame for his declined condition. We'd given him every medication she'd prescribed and did anything extra we could think of to help ease his suffering. After that visit we knew we needed to take him somewhere else. The new vet thoroughly examined him, took a detailed history, and did a skin scrape. That simple skin scrape was all it took to find out that he had a major infestation of demodex mites. In less than an hour, the new vet diagnosed my dog and had a simple treatment for him. Less than an hour to solve something that hadn't been remotely solved at walther over three months. I'm sure by my review it's obvious I'll never trust them for my pets care in the future, and I urge you to choose another vet unless you're only looking for routine vaccines.
