I ordered the Singapore Vermicelli noodles with tofu. It was pretty good but just a tad too salty for my pallet. I don't salt my food much. The raspberry iced tea she made me was delicious.
The lady there is very friendly. She gave my dog a treat, just like it says on the outside of her trailer.

Close to authentic Asian dishes but the woman who makes your order is usually grumpy! The only vegan option they had was this glass noodle dish which tasted very good. 👍

I was in line to order, forgot my wallet and when I got back they had a sign that said Closed. So I asked if they could make one more order since you know I was already in line but the asian lady inside declined my request without hesitation. Sad day I guess, but I'm not giving my business to a someone that doesn't want it. Never going back to this place again. Online it says they close at 8pm and it was 7:40 when this happened. 09/01/17

I've eaten the tofu teriyaki twice (vegan) at Wanderlust. On both of those visits it was by far the best food I've had in San Marcos that I didn't cook myself. It actually has some of the best food from any food truck I've been to in Texas. 

They have good vegetarian options, and several of the dishes can be made vegan. 

Eat here.
