Story

Wando High School is a high school in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Home of the Wando Warriors, the school was built new in 2004 to accommodate the town's rapid growth during the 1990s. Located now on 1000 Warrior Way off Highway 17. Wando offers over 250 classes, including Advanced placement, Dual Credit, Honors, College Preparatory, and Applied Technology courses. The addition of a "Freshman Academy" improves the smooth transition of the change from middle school, to high school. After freshman year, the students are asked to pick one of four schools of study in which to major.

I have stage 8 terminal lung cancer just from breathing the air at this school. The teachers are bearable but the students have made me seriously consider selling my left kidney on the black market just so I have an excuse to miss school. I enjoyed life at least a little before I came here but now I'm sad that the Cold War stayed cold. The AP Classes posses the only students that don't make me consider homocide but the classes are too difficult to take all AP and still stay sane. Sometimes, during my nightly cry, I ponder my mortality and dread the fact that within the next 48 hours I will be on the Wando campus again. My last note is that if you are forced to come here, don't go into the bathroom. seriously don't do it.

The only good teacher that I have had is Mr Fischer. But everyone other teacher either is uptight, doesn't teach, makes me actually want to commit suicide, have a break down in class or makes me want to quit every thing. For me, wando has been a place where I dread going every morning. The classes, most, I despise because all they do is make me feel stupid and depressed. I did not start to feel depressed because of school till my junior year. My 2nd semester art teacher, Ms.Rinker, has been totally uncaring or unkind to me. Granted I did fall asleep in her class but it was my 2nd day of the full class. I missed the first day of her class because I whiched classes, and she gave me a referral and she didn't even bother to ask if I was okay or if I got enough sleep. I have had md Mills and she was so nice and caring and she actually cared about her students. Ms Rinker made me cry and have a breakdown. She didn't even care that I did. So unless you are blessed with a fun caring and kind teacher. Good luck in Wando. Hope you don't get depressed or suicial like I am.

You kids have no idea what a bad school is. I came here in tenth grade from a sh*thole in Massachusetts. Try having abusive drunks in every room.
