Well what can I say about Mr. Wapner. I'm a CDL driver who made a terrible mistake bye driving home after a party. I was driving pretty fast... I got pulled over and giving a DUI. So I had asked around for a good DUI attorney, and they gave me Mr Terry Wapner phone number. He was very professional and honest with me. He knew what he was doing. On the day of of court, he got my speeding ticket dismissed and I received a wreckless, not a DUI...He also won my DMV hearing, so I did not loose my CDL. He did an outstanding job for me. I would greatly suggest that if you get a DUI, go with the best, and the best is Mr Terry Wapner and Jones,PC Thank you.

Only giving two stars because Jones did get my case reduced. However, he missed one of my crucial court dates without telling me he wouldn't be there, so I had to use a public defender that day. After my final court date (Which I wasn't required to attend) I never received any correspondence about how the court session went or if my case had been cleared or not. I called his office and requested to speak to him to ensure everything was settled and 100% taken care of---months later and I still have not heard back. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Wapner is hands down the ONLY option that you should consider to represent your case. Not only is he highly professional, he is great at what he does and knows his stuff. Trusting his judgment on my case was the best thing I could've possibly done. Can not thank him enough!
