Clean place by a school with helpful and friendly staff.
This is the Bob Kirby Branch of Warren County Public Library.
Free Wi-Fi that is sometimes unstable and fluctuates in speed, even with nobody else using it. 
Dvds are often too damaged to watch. 
Most books seem to be in good condition. 
This location has a self check out system, which is very useful. 
Has a great children's section with blocks and computers with educational games for the younger kids.
