I went to Dr. Smith to complete my airman's medical exam.  The two ladies at the front office were welcoming as well as efficient. The young woman who did the preliminary gathering of information was friendly and professional.  Dr. Smith  is a gentleman , knowledgeable  about the process and F.A.A.  My first airman's exam took place in 1973 so when I say this was an "old school" experience in terms of how I was treated, I have the years to back up the claim.  And I mean "old school" in the best of ways.   Need your airman's certificate? I recommend  Dr. Smith and his staff.

Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff have been the BEST.  They are always ready to help with great enthusiasm.  Dr.  Smith is kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable and as a Senior Citizen I appreciate that he cares deeply for me, I am humbled at his patience and kindness.

Dr. Warren Smith was my family physician for at least 20 years.  I left my job and no longer had insurance but had a major injury to a finger and didn't have the money but he sewed it back together and when I tried to make arrangements to pay I was told by his staff that they were not to accept any money from me unless I paid the bill in full?  I guess he's good enough to stitch up a problem but his math skills aren't very good.  In my mind it would have been smarter to accept payments instead of nothing?  Since that was his attitude I wouldn't recommend him to fix my lawn.  That mentality is flawed and since his decision making process is flawed for business I wouldn't trust him any longer with any health related issues.  I believe he's reached the age of Alzheimer and it's affecting his choices.  Trust him at your own risk.

I found the whole experience pleasant, the doc is friendly and respectful, he listened to me and then explained the possible course of action we could take, I`m glad I went there.
The waiting time was very reasonable, since I was way early on the appointment I figured I was going to have to wait but in 15 min I met doctor Smith.
The staff was also kind.
Nice guy, I would recommend him to anyone.
