Dr. Warren has been a wonderful Family Physician for us over the years. I have referred her to others whom have been looking for a Doctor. She provides excellent care and service to her patients.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dr. Warren is the absolute worst practitioner I have ever dealt with. My family and I have given her chance and chance again, and she continues to disrespect, frustrate, ignore, and all around NOT CARE about her patients health or well being. I have been in an emergency situation that was near life or death, and her, her office, her answering service, none of them did a single thing to assist me despite two hours of phone calls. Think again before ever going here, I have never dealt with a worse office in my life.

I've been seeing Dr. Warren for the last 16 years. She's a great doctor, she always has time for you, I've never felt rushed at all, and she knows what she's doing. If you are a techie then you'd like her laser machine that she uses to correct various skin issues, in my case she removed a wart that had bothered me for years.

A couple months ago I told my mother I was looking for a new doctor and she suggested I see Dr. Warren, so to call and set up an appointment. I called and (oh how I wish I could remember her name) the receptionist who answered was so so rude. While letting her know I was going to be a new patient I noticed some attitude in her voice when asking me for my information, but after having a couple questions about my insurance and having her straight out laugh at me over the phone for not knowing, I was certain that she was definitely bothered by my call for some reason. Well I said to her "you know what? Nevermind forget about it, i'll keep looking." I then called my mom to let her know there was no way I'd be going to her doctor after the receptionist was so rude to me, and she says "no way you too?" She then informed me that the previous times she had gone in and spoken with that receptionist that she was also rude to her and that she even let one of the nurses know. If I had a better experience with the customer service I would have gone ahead with the appointment, but unfortunately the receptionist completely changed my mind. This is nothing against Dr. Warren since I never actually made it into her office or met her.

My whole family has gone to her since I was around 9-10. Dr. Warren is like a member of our family!:) Love Her!!.......
