I made my appointment in advance because I have issues with getting time off from work. When I got to the office they did not have an appointment scheduled for me, but saw me anyway. I have all my paperwork filled out prior to the appointment INCLUDING all of my previous medications. I explained that my psoriasis was getting worse and now have other issues. After waiting only a few minutes to be called, I was asked to sit in a chair. I was NEVER asked to take off a shirt or put on robe of any sort. The doctor storms in and asks "What's wrong?" I explained my issues, pointed at the areas, and explained what meds did not work. I also pointed out a very obvious raised spot on my face. He told me there was nothing he could do about the psoriasis and it will never go away. I did not have large enough patches for him to do anything else and that my insurance does not cover pills or injections. How do you make this determination without looking? He asked to see my lower back but it was a glimpse at best. My skin is sore and painful in several different places. I told him again about my face and he said "It looks like a cyst...maybe a wart...but probably a cyst." Again, there was nothing he could do because my insurance did not cover it. He said he was going to call over two prescriptions and to come back in a month. Then he stormed out. I was in tears in the room and could not believe what just happened. If I came in with cash would I have received a more comprehensive exam? Regardless of coverage, I at least deserved the initial treatment. What if there are cancers? What if my psoriasis was infected skin? The insurance would not decline treatment because it is needed. But, how can you know what is needed if you do not investigate? I have been told by other dermatologists that my insurance is indeed limited, but at least I received an ATTEMPT of an exam. Later on I found out that least one of the prescriptions was on my list of treatments that did not work. So ridiculous! Dr. Li is about the bottom line, money.

A bit like a police station here, the patients waiting for an interrogator. We experienced a 2 hour wait. The rude staff reviews are very real -- seem to be underpaid and very stressed out with a "No BS" attitude. The doctor I saw was fine regarding actual surgical performance. He didn't demonstrate to speak much fluent english nor provide much useful information about my disease. It seemed to not be a 'big deal' to him, which could be a sign of carelessness or professionalism depending on how you'd like to look at it. People should feel like they matter despite the doctors opinion severity of their disease, Just my thoughts.. Personally, I'll be trekking elsewhere for my dermatology needs. 2 Stars.

Hands down the worst doctor I’ve ever gone to. You have to wait an hour in the waiting room before waiting another 20 minutes in the room. I went here throughout my teenage years (when my acne became bad) and he immediately suggested acutane which I had previously told him I didn’t want to take due to the risks. He then switched me back and fourth between multiple medications which none of them ever worked. He doesn’t seem to care about his patients but more about getting as many people through the door a day as possible. The only reason my acne got any better was because I went to another doctor.

Dr Li know his stuff. He always diagnosed and treats quickly. Occasionally the wait is awhile but once seen you're good to go.

the dr. is very good and knows his stuff . the girls running it are terrible . they do not call in scrips when they are supposed to and their scheduling is the worse . pburg office you can wait over and hr , close to 2 . Easton office at least an hour wait with only a handful in waiting area . its a shame , he is a good dr .
