Not sure why everyone is complaining. I had a good experience. Typical line for a small town DMV, but they were quick and courteous.

I waited for two hours all to renew a drivers license. They should have more than one person handling people!! When you have a "professional" on the phone, while telling her life story to a customer instead of doing your job, then they need to fire her!!! I really don't think anyone wants to hear about your sister or whomever...we aren't there for that!!! I also think, that maybe if it's only going to be one person dealing with this many people, she should know how to multi- task!!! This is the worst license bureau i have ever been to!!!

Typical DUMB inbred hillbillies with no common sense.

Placing the phone off the hook is not professional. You're contractors and should be fire. You're NOT holding up to contract.
