Best Patrol Officer Ever! We want to offer our sincere appreciation for the help Officer Schoger offered us along 480 last week. We had broken down en route to a family reunion in NY from IL with a very full SUV, two of us, and even the dog. It was our second break down that day (battery was replaced 100 miles before, but it turned out to be the alternator), so we were really tired and frustrated. The whole “How do we do this--and with a dog?” was overwhelming, knowing car rentals would be closed for the night, and it was getting dark. We had no idea how to transfer our stuff out of our SUV at a closed repair place, into a cab, with the dog, to get to a motel. Yikes! Officer Schoger noticed a work-around for the seemingly-locked doors and windows (Very scary on a hot summer day!), gave us suggestions about where to stay overnight with a dog so we could call ahead while we waited for a tow, reassured us that the tow truck operator would take us there on the way to the repair place, and even asked if I had water for the dog. Officer Schoger made all the difference--and we are so thankful he was on duty and there for us. Great call hiring him, Warrensville Heights PD! Mark and Cindy Riess--and Milo!

Officer Jones SUCK! she's a fat, nasty b----! She's nasty and RUDE! she's also a fat liar, and the police Dept covers up EVERYTHING! they need to be investigated because they're shaddy! I feel sorry for the residents left behind there. Tax dollars for this department are WASTED by having sorry officers working for the city! They are GARBAGE!!!
