DISHONEST BUSINESS 

Then messed up a repair job, by just being lazy. Never told me it was done, so it took over a month to pick it up.

But they made me pay full price or I wouldn't get my coat back.

The owner is scum.

I am not someone to write a review in general, but this experience was so AWFUL I have too. I brought in a handful of items all which were dry clean only and they came back looking AWFUL! The shirts are truly ruined! I was so horrified when I picked them up I said something to the women at the front. They did NOTHING and told me that the shirts were like this from being worn and charged me full price. I am so thankful I did not bring more here!

I have had SEVERAL items tailored here... from the simple hemming of slacks to a total reconstruction of a ball gown that had multiple layers and ribbing.  Yes, tailoring is pricey where ever you go.  I purchase quality clothes and want quality work done and that is what I have received here.  They are willing to work with you for a schedule and quick turn around.  If you don't like the price, then go somewhere else... when the hem falls out or the patches fall off or when you sit, the zipper pops, guarantee it wasn't done by Ms. Kim at Warrenton Center Cleaners.  BTW, as I type this, I am actually wearing a pair of hemmed pants... they have lining inside as well... perfection!!!  I also have my dry cleaning done here and have for years.  They know me and my family and Ms. Kim always has a hug and a lollipop for my daughter.  The entire staff is very nice and the place is busy so they are doing something right!  Don't take my word, give it a try...we all have our price points.  I'd just rather have it done right the first time!  :o)

They seem to be good, have had a lot of things dry cleaned here. Once had to have an item redone, which was a drag, for that one visit I would give 1 star.  But Ive had like 15 other 5 star visists to im giving a 4.5 stars.  And they did take care of the problem without chaege.  Overall I have enjoyed this place and they seem to be abke to work with me if i need something fast.
