We have driven by this small sushi spot many times and never tried it until the other night... Well, we've been missing out! FOOD: Very good sushi, rice was nice and sticky & the fish was very fresh! My son loved his roll! I also really enjoyed my hot tea! SERVICE: Excellent ATMOSPHERE: A tiny restaurant that is very inviting... Seems to be the locals go to spot. It was nice to see how many customers send them family photos / christmas cards... Loved that! Very family friendly.

Everything was good, but nothing was  exceptional. Nice, local sushi restaurant with solid menu. Too much rice versus fish on the sushi, but at least the rice was warm and properly flavored. Eel was exceptional. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area.Food: 4/5

Good food and price. I ordered the general tso's tofu, two sushi rolls, and soup for approximately $40. They seemed to have changed their menu slightly from previous versions, but many of the staples continue to exist.  Vegetarian options: They have many options that utilize tofu or vegetables for vegetarians to choose from.

Food is actually amazing here for a fair price. But most of all it’s about kindness and a friendly staff. Obviously you can’t please everyone but these guys sure do try!Food: 5/5

Happy Friday Night Family Gathering Dinner.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this place so I was surprised to see one or two of the postings here.  The food has always been completely fresh, the staff courteous, and whether I have come here alone or with a large party and service has been wonderful.  Hans and his sushi chefs do a great job and the atmosphere has been warm and welcoming whenever I have been there.

This was a nice Asian restaurant. I ordered Pad Thai and some other iconic Asian food. I was also with some other relatives or friends. It took about 5 minutes for most of the food to arrive so good service on that. The lady that owned or worked at that place was great or the customer service was great. Restaurants are mediocre not the cleanest but not run down dirty. The stay here was great but won't give it 5 star.

My family and I have been visiting here for over 6 years now. Food is always fresh, especially the sushi. Staff is friendly. Clean. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for sushi. We moved to Jersey about 4 years ago and we still make a trip here every so often.

TERRIBLE service. We waited an hour and a half for just our appetizers and they didn't even bring all of them out. We had to get up and get our own forks and water from the corner where they held them because the waiters would forget constantly what we asked. When I got my meal, they gave me my appetizer 30 minutes after that. Would NOT recommend coming to this place. Poorly run and the manager was there tonight serving us which says it all.
