I don't believe when you chose the "hot" wash setting the water actually gets hot, the old lady that runs the place is discriminatory against children, gays, or anyone that rubs her the wrong way.
UPDATE : Sadly, my review was validated by a question one of the patrons asked via Google,  I wish I was not right, but this older lady that runs the place is a bigot, clearly dislikes children, and did not hire me because I am in a same sex marriage...the last part is speculation but I am clearly over qualified for a laundromat attendant but I needed work.  There was no reasonable explanation for me not being hired... she could say it is because of a conviction long long ago BUT her creepy son that is on parole works there.

Machines are nice and clean, dryers are pretty hot. The attendant that works there is super mean and talks bad about customers. Specially those with kids. She’s an older lady. If it wasn’t for her, I would give 5 stars.

They need more washers & dryers. The lady told me that they do have washers that equal 9 loads at their Blue Springs location. So I will go there next time I wash all of our big coats, bedspreads or pillows.
