This is my second time coming to this laundromat and only because i’m waiting for the washer in my apartment to get fixed. Both times I have come here, the attendant (female the first time and male the second time) were both very helpful and friendly to myself and to others. Although this might not be a “high-end” laundromat (i don’t know if those even exist) it fulfilled the job I needed it to do; CLEAN MY CLOTHES! I have no complaints, except that currently the LARGE dryers have someone’s dried clothes sitting in them and no one is able to use them. They should be removed by the staff so other customers can use them (or these people need to come get their clothes). Overall I’ve had no issue.

**EDIT: Once my clothes finished washing, I spoke with the male attendant  and he kindly removed the dried clothes that were sitting in the large dryer for the last 45 minutes so I was able to use it to dry my clothes.

The attendants I've dealt with, have all been nice (I go every Friday, after work....between 4:30 and 5:30). But the equipment is awful. Not enough large washers. Not enough functioning dryers.

Also, I don't know if it's the pipes, the washing machines, the dryers, or just Quincy water; but if you don't use a large amount of heavily scented dryer sheets, your clothes come out smelling indescribably unpleasant (as I discovered, when I recently switched to a hypoallergenic, unscented dryer sheet)

The weekend (male) attendant here very rude! He speaks to patrons like that the patrons are not so important for the business. I've seen seen him say to several customers that they should, "go somewhere else if they don't like it". He does this especially to foreign customers, who basically has limited capacity to argue. When he argues, he is always quick to point to the customers about about the written rules for this laundrymat and really it off to them like they can't read. This attentant is very disrespectful to customers. Why is he remained employed here? After witnessing too much rudeness at this place, I am not going back to use wash n' dry. I'll take my business somewhere. This place doest deserve my money. Also, to those of you are reading this post, you won't find an email address to send your complaint to. So, if you observed something rude on this place, post it so everyone can see it. I'd give this place a zero star.

Note: He seems to be nicer only to women to whom he can flirt with.

Attendant was rude. Machines are not that new or clean. Lucky I was only there because my dryer broke.
