Didn't wash my car.  Half of the car had soap remaining. Salt from the road remained on my car.  The back of the car looked barely touched.  I used the touchless wash. This happened a few weeks ago,  I had to go to a different car wash to rewash car. I will not use this car wash again.

Basic. Didn't touch the back of the car. Didn't get the tree sap off. So on. Just basic, wash

I will not be back. I have went 3 times. Once it took my money, then the next time it didn't even clean my car on the touchless, just basically knocking the dust off. So I tried once more with the automatic one with brushes. Same deal, basically knocking dust off. You can still see the dirt where the windshield wiper marks are then wheels are filthy. I paid top dollar for the best wash each time. So I called and left a message. They never returned my call. It was a 28 dollar loss total. But a lesson learned. I'll wash it myself at home.

The brush wash when starting the soap process does not start fully soaping your car until half way down and by the time it comes back up it stops again not enough soap on the front always find big spots after wash on front but the rest of the body is fine
