I have been doing laundry for 40 years. I don't expect a public laundromat to be clean....not even the washers, but I'm smart enough to check. What I do expect is that the service I am paying for to be working....I DO NOT NEED 4 MINUTES OF COOL DOWN FOR EVERY 8 MINUTES OF DRY TIME, WHICH I PAY FOR. 5 loads of laundry, which I spread out in to 8 'working' dryers, with two loads left to dry.  2 1/2 hours to watch them NOT DRY, and NOT ONE PIECE OF CLOTHING LEFT DRY.  HAD TO COME HOME AND HANG THEM UP...PATHETIC PLACE..RIP OFF
