I had surgery today with Dr. Green and it was incredible. Both of the nurses I had were amazing and made me feel great! Sadly I don't remember there names but I definitely recommend Dr green for surgery. I was nervous going into surgery but they helped me feel comfortable!
Today we drove in terrible fog to an appointment and it became very evident this hospital is much more concerned about money than the care and safety of its patients. The service of our doctor used to be very good. In the past 3 years service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They refused to see us after we drove an hour to an appointment!!!!!!!
Over decades of medical support at this hospital and close supervision of complicated medical issues, they deserve close to perfection. I especially like knowing most of the doctors already, so they make you feel at ease. The nurses are always both friendly and professionally skilled. I am respected to have input in my medical decisions. I am part of my medical team, as it should be. I especially appreciate my Family Practice Dr. Flannery. I think he is absolutely the best there is. Well done!
Dr. Ajax was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and answered my questions. I highly recommend him. Claire and Radiology Staff were very friendly and helpful, as appointments were made and records transferred.
My daughter was in an accident today and they treated her fantastically. Very professional. Thanks for helping my daughter with this horrible experience! You guys rock. Both my wife and I have been seen their too before and always great treatment.
Was just with girlfriend in er at 4am... doctor was very rude and disrespectful... said she wasnt running a fever and the er wasnt a clinic but her blood pressure was 170/105 . And refused to run any tests. Patient stated she did not feel rite.. dissyness, has auto immune disease.. if that how a doctor treats patients, wont run a test to fig out why the patient is ill.. why be there..very poor professionalism...
Never coming here again. First experience was good. Second time today, left me feeling degraded and worse than going in. Jeffrey Mason could use some work on his people skills and knowledge of mental health issues. Also mentioned throat and ear pain, received zero care for that.
I have been here on 2 occasions and both were nightmares. Very rude, they are liars, and very unprofessional. We will drive the extra 10-15 mins for either muscatine or Iowa city. Will never step foot here again. The ER dr needs to find a new job, because being caring and compassionate is not in his nature.
My rating is for the ER! If I could give a negative number I would! They have no actual knowledge of medical conditions and are completely rude! My 8yo could give a better diagnosis than pretty much all the doctors in that ER! Unless you need a $400 bandaid that they may actually decide you dont need whether you are goushing blood or not take the drive to iowa city! They will even get the record wrong for your visit there! Malpractice at its finest!
I have been going to this hospital for about 15 years and I have never had an issue with them. Now..... that's not to say that this hospital doesn't have it problems, but what hospital or place of business doesn't. Please, be cautious as the verbiage you use, for they are trying there best to take care of you. Just a simple blood test or ekg or what ever could have saved a life.
