Staff bent over backwards to help me. I've had no problems getting an appointment and my VSO is great! Looking forward to working with Jason to get a few things straightened out.

4 months I have been trying to get someone to call me back to set up an appointment and again today it's "Give me your number and someone will call you back tomorrow......." Now I've missed 2 months of benefits because I never get a call back! I try calling other numbers in different counties and at the state and Federal level and I end up getting routed back to this same office!! I think I need to move to another county just to get a call back!!!!
