A Virginian, I visited the District to attend a rehearsal. Could not find my car afterwards! Officer Davis of District 2 located it with the most pleasant demeanor -- and without laughing at this female driver. It helped that the car was exactly where I had told him I might have parked it -- but he went out of his way to find it. He started by saying "so you lost your car? a Rolls Royce, I suppose?" Thank you Officer Davis. He gets 5 stars, the total experience there a 3-4.

Nice people behind desk - I visited twice; both times to get parking permit and the second time to ask about records for a ticket I got while I had the first permit.
