Completed installation of a Generac 16KW Generator yesterday in Redmond, WA and can honestly advise that Washington Generators is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with in recent years with many companies and contractors.

From the very start of discussions with Eric who help guide us with which type of system to purchase, to Jeremy and Eric who performed initial installation of the generator unit and gas line hook up, to finally Zane who completed installation yesterday by installing all of the electrical and conducting a very thorough demonstration of how the unit operates during a power failure,

it has been a remarkable experience. All gentlemen were very professional, considerate, and respectful at our home and property. I was impressed with their level of workmanship, cleanliness of their work area, and pride in what they do best.

I would highly recommend Washington Generators as a top choice for you to use when considering which company to go to to install a back up generator at your home or business.

Technicians arrived promptly for the service call, finished the job with time to spare and fixed an extra issue while they were at it.  Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company.

WA Elec showed up at 7:20 a.m. with 3 trucks and 4 or 5 technical people, expedited moving the heavy parts into place, stockpiled the electrical and natural gas piping supplies and worked for 10+ hours straight to complete the installation.  They didn't even take a break so we provided hot food and drinks for them.  They also communicated exceptionally well with us whenever the electricity or gas had to be temporarily shut off during the installation process.  At the end of the installation, they cleaned up the area where the gas piping and generator were installed, vacuumed the garage floor where they connected the generator to my house electrical system and provided a detailed demonstration of how the system works.  101% positive experience.  No one could ask for a better installation experience than what was provided by this crew.

Everyone from start to finish was courteous and informative. The work was done promptly and efficiently. There was hand digging to avoid irrigation and electrical lines. I was very pleased that nothing was damaged, the trench is almost invisible after only a week. Kurt and Zane were the best!  It's great to have a standby generator with such little fuss.
