I have a very hard time believing anyone complaining about our walk-in-clinics. Sure sometimes it takes an hour or two to see someone, but, at least the doctors are available and eventually you are taken care of. Even my own clinic runs late sometimes with appointments. Every time I go it's nothing but great service at this clinic.

The doctors here are great and have been very helpful for the years that I've been here, but they are often behind. It's not every day I get into my appointment on time, either by 15 minutes (which isn't too bad) or 30 minutes like it is now at the time of writing this review, just to get into the room and wait some more. It's very frustrating. Don't come here with time sensitive appointments afterwards. Leave enough time to account for possible wait times

I have come to this clinic a few times. Once in an extreme emergency and they were quick and awesome. The doctor was fantastic and the staff was caring. I have also called in for some advice and the receptionist was polite, understanding and professional. This is my choice of clinics if I need one, although sometimes it can be quite busy, but at least you can wander the grocery store.

Best staff and physicians I have ever seen, anywhere! My family and I have been countless times, and each visit we've had excellent care and service from everyone.

Waited 3 hours for them to write me the wrong prescription. didn't notice till i was at the pharmacy down stairs, went back up to get it fixed and was told to leave. which made me have a panic attack and couldn't breath, and then i was told "this is not the way to get our attention, if you don't calm down and breath we are calling the RCMP" from the VERY rude receptionist.... They then told me to just take whatever they had accidentally prescribed me, WHICH IS NOT OKAY. I'm SO glad a medical clinic was "understanding" of my mental illness and anxiety. Oh and to top it off it was Bell lets talk day to bring awareness to mental illness.
