TERRIBLE SERVICE. The driver was late. Once he arrived he started doing something with his phone leaving me to load my bags myself even though it was pouring rain. He was so preoccupied with his phone that I had to bang on the trunk to get him to unlatch it. He continued to text once I got in until I finally snapped at him and reminded him that we were now late and needed to get going. To add insult to injury the charge was almost twice what Washington Flyer charges to go almost twice the distance and three times more than Uber (which is why I used them when I returned home.) This is the second time I used this service and it is really really bad. The worse trait is the lack of urgency. In my experience even when the drivers arrive late their attitude is terrible.

We have used Washington Sedan Service last week from Downtown DC to Dulles Airport (IAD). Our driver was on time, well dressed and also SUV was CLEAN. We will be using them again in future... Keep up guys....

This was my second reservation with Washington Sedan and Taxi service in four weeks and the driver failed to show following an international flight on 09/16/16. Upon contacting the company and providing the confirmation number I was told there was no existing reservation. In August, The first driver was 15 minutes late and should have been my first indicator. I will not be using Washington Sedan and Taxi Service again.

We somehow got this number when trying to call Washington Flyer. Our mistake. When my husband called he was concerned as to why he wasn't greeted with the typical "Washington Flyer, etc." greeting so he asked the dispatcher if this was Washington Flyer. Dispatched said yes, so we booked what we thought was a cab. This morning we were surprised to see an unmarked black sedan, no company tags anywhere, no driver number on the seats, and no credit card reader. What could we do, we needed a "cab." Driver told us the two companies were the "same thing." No, they're not. Don't lie on the phone and claim to be the taxi service Washington Flyer. Our normal fare is $25 tops. We had to pay $34 in cash because there wasn't a car reader. What a scam. Will make sure to never use them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had made a reservation the day before and even got a confirmation email. But the cab never showed up next day. When I called to confirm first I was told that there is a cab on the way. I called back again in 20 minutes and was told that my reservation is not valid any more even though the confirmation email was received from their valid email address. No explanation how that could happen!
