Sent check mid July for a birth certificate edit, and for a copy to be sent to me. The check was cashed on the 21st of July. However here it is September 14, and I have nothing to show for it. They lost my official stamped paperwork, promised me that another department would pay for it, and then the wait started. Said document replacements were 'ordered' on August 8th, and I was told today that there would be no replacements and that I need to purchase the official paperwork on my own (after they lost my paperwork and a 5 week wait for them to acquire said paperwork). I have been cheated out of money, out of my certified copied of the needed paperwork to get my sons birth certificate and cheated out of my time. As another bonus, the Supervisor with this task refuses to send me up the line to talk to someone who might be able to get the job done.

Filling out an online application for a line of work in health field I just got in to get my credentials, the online service wasn't very clear. Paid and then got an email awhile later saying my application was being processed for a temporary liscense and not my long term one. I quickly Called and they said they would cancel it since I paid and transfer the funds to the other application I needed to print off and mail in. The same night I did that and mailed it in. Just got a call saying I have to pay again because they went ahead and processed the first application after saying they wouldn't. They find a reason to charge for every little thing and now I'm paying for something I was assured wouldn't be an issue. Very frustrated.
