I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by the entire staff at Washington Township Dental. Two years ago, I came in frightened and upset as I knew I had to endure extensive dental work. Everyone in the office made me feel at ease especially the front desk staff; Dawn, Sherry and Nancy!! They put my mind at ease and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Dr. Bernstein's professionalism and caring demeanor has exceeded my expectations (and then some) and because of him, I can confidently smile again! Dr. B has always been sensitive and kind and I can't thank him enough. I'd also like to thank Dr. Appelstein for all of his patience with me throughout my treatment. He has always made me feel comfortable as he thoroughly explained what he was doing during all procedures. 
I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your patients feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship.

Professional, clean office environment. If they tell you and quote you a price about work that needs to be done, they're usually spot on the price. I have been going to Washington Township Dental Associates for over 18 years now and have never experienced a bad visit.

I had an appointment this morning. I was so impressed with Stephanie in billing. She took the time to look into my insurance and curbed my treatment for the day until she was sure of all of my out of pocket expenses were known. Thank you!!

I am one of those people that needs to be sedated for everything at the dentist. I am petrified. Not any more! I have had gum surgery and root canal done at this office and felt no pain at all. No after effects either. Everything is explained step by step. The staff is very friendly and comforting. I am extremely happy here and  honestly no longer have a fear of the dentist.

from reception to drilling and billing - it's always a positive experience.  I would recommend them highly, and have done so to friends and family.
