They can just be so very RUDE at this location, and if you call the office about them, the gal answering the phone is rude as well.  I don't like spending my money at places that treat me with little to no respect. I'm going to have to start driving the extra 4 minutes to get to Eco-wash.  They've always been polite, free vacuums and if my car isn't totally clean 1st time (it happens) no BS, they just say run through again. PLUS, they give you a nice little wet towel for the dash!! Extra bonus!! I guess it just took one more time of a little snot-nosed 16 year old telling me my time doesn't matter to make me do the right thing, which is STAY AWAY FROM WASHMAN!!!!!

I've had both great car washes here and not-so-great car washes here. The not-so-great car wash here left little spots of wax or something on the whole right side of my car. I didn't ask for any wax so I found that very strange. It was supposed to be just a regular car wash. On the other hand, when I've had great car washes, it's been a delight to see the car sparkling clean, and I really do like the fact that the vacuums are free right outside the car wash and easy-to-use! :-)

Great car wash with free vacuum.  But you need to get the hours right on the website!  You list closing time as 7pm but I showed up at 6:30 and was told I was the last car.  The vacuum was shut down and two other cars came in and were sent away during the brief time I was there.

Staff need to do a better job of getting soap on areas of vehicle that the machines don't reach.  License plates, windshields and side mirrors
