New owner as of may 8, 2017. Previous owner was a nice Korean lady. Now there's a new gentleman who's extremely nice and friendly! I was extremely happy with this new manager but........ I emphasize EXTREMELY friendly!! Unfortunately, the manager does employ an older Hispanic man. The older man is NOT FRIENDLY at all. Coming from a person who enjoys southern hospitality, the man doesn't have the attitude to exhibit so. I would be extremely grateful if the manager had the ability to be present rather than his employee.

I had a very positive first experience at this laundromat. The customer service displayed was very surprising yet appreciated and welcomed. The laundromat is very well kept and the machines worked very well. I experienced no problems during my visit and definitely plan on returning. Fran (the owner) was very courteous, welcoming and professional during my entire visit with myself and all other customers.

This place feels like the traditional neighborhood laundromat I grew up with. Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere promotes the community feeling that sweeps you in and makes you feel at home. Laundry is a pain, so either drop it off or enjoy the experience that Washmaxx offers

The older Hispanic gentleman work at this laundromat very rude. No coins system it's card system wash you have to bye laundry card and prepay minimum $10 what they're trying to do Fort Lee prepaid their card so that way you're obligated to come back to same location where they have at 2 other location nearby that laundromat offer FREE dryer when you wash with them, their mashin are $1more then other on top of that the Hispanic elderly man give attitude to the customer no don't come here we don't need your business go over there get your free wash free dry you don't need to come here so and so all I just say other place offer free watch how come your business does not do that and the free watch is literally .2 mile each other you can literally walk there. Anyway I won't go there one over price overpriced on dry on top of that giving me attitude.
