Very thorough for a great price! I got the minimum service available and my car was returned to me vacuumed, windows and dash wiped down, trash thrown away, as well as hand polishing on the outside for about $17.  It took about 10 minutes in total. There were a wide variety of scents to choose from- I chose Jasmine, and my car smelled super nice afterwards.  The guys wiping and cleaning the car were very courteous, quick, and thorough. Two thumbs way up!

Use to like this place. Didn't pay attention to it at first. But when I got out my car. I saw a big untouched spot of dirt on my roof of the car. Also I guy it was wax or what ever they wiped on my car. Was not wiped off good around my headlights. Now It dried up . Have to get it wash again. $47.00 special. It's special alright. That I have to pay more money for another car wash

Fast and convenient. The lowest priced service is usually good enough for me. I have not bought the high priced detailing service, so I don't know about it.

I've been to many car wash places in and around Baltimore. I have yet to be impressed more than the this one. Not unless I wash my own car.

I have been a regular customer at Wash Works for many, many years.  But today I had a very distressing experience.  After waiting in line for 1-1/2 hours and watching dozens of asshats cut in line in front of me I finally got to the head of the line only to be told that the wax line and the express super clean line were shut down 30 minutes earlier than advertised on their web site.  When I complained about this, I was told that if I don't like it I can leave!

I regret that I must now find another place to get my car cleaned, as they clearly don't take care of their regular customers.  They have gotten their last dollar out of me.
