Entrance was not clearly marked AT ALL. 3 or 4 possible choices for recycle, heavy trucks or anyone.... duh. Kind of a line, but operator was doing his best and was helpful. They could use 3 entry's for dumping OR ??? Even on Monday at 12.

Horrible customer service and communication with customers. You have to "guess" on when they will come get your garbage. You have to dig three levels deep to figure out if there's an issue. You would think with email, twitter, and text messaging that they could communicate when their drivers decide not to pick up garbage.

Recycling is the second entrance traveling west on Wynooski. No Styrofoam!!

Buy out all the family owned local companies saying the efficiency of a larger company will be better for the customer - BS- Now you can call someone in Texas (who now benefits from your monthly bill) to get help from some unfriendly folks. AND the price goes up so that we can pay for all new garbage trucks!
