Mr. Gavin at the front desk was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Great running place fixed my watch in less than 5 minutes. 5 star reccomendation

When I took my watch in to be cleaned, the coil was cut. Instead of telling me the truth the owner asked why it wasn't working. He put metallic putty on it so it would work long enough for me to get it out of the shop. Don't trust this man with your money or your merchandise. He'll smile at you while he lies to your face.

Takes advantage of kids.. Charged almost  $40 for a watch battery to a kid that didn't know any better. The same battery Wal-Mart would have charged $6 for..

I have been doing business with this store for years. I have an extensive watch collection and they maintain all my watches, both expensive or otherwise. Everything from battery replacement to removing scratches and cleaning. Staff is always professional, courteus, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I always get a call when the work is completed and Price's are reasonable. Highly recommend.

I came in to have the back of my  watch placed back on after another place replaced the battery but couldn't  get the back of the watch on.. They highly recommended WatchesPlus and now I do also. 
They actually refused to charge me!! REALLY?😜
Said just let them take care of any watch problems. They were exceptional!! 
5 STAR Service!!  Now I'll be back with my husband's watches!!😘😍👍👍
