Wesley was very friendly and helpful!  He showed me all the options and made sure my car was taken care of.  I will definitely be coming back here for the customer service alone.  I highly recommend Waterfalls if you are looking the get the best car wash or detail for your money.

Excellent Service. Very friendly with a courteous smile right at the greeting all the way through. Everyone was attentive and precise especially Wesley Fortini. He broke down the different options available to me and my wife and we are very happy with our detail. Needless to say we will be returning and will send others to see Wesley and his team at Waterfalls car wash Naples. Thank You 😊

Great car wash! The staff is excellent and they pay meticulous attention to detail.  I always get the Platinum wash and each time my car looks and smells brand new.  At my last visit I spoke with Wesley Fortini, the Service Advisor, and he took the time to expertley explain the benefits of the services Waterfalls provided. I highly recommend Waterfalls Auto Spa.

I Love washing my car at Waterfalls auto spa on pine ridge road, they always doing a great job. look forward to seeing Wesley everytime we go there he's very helpful with a great personality. Thanks for your service

I hate to admit this but with an 8 year old boy and a yellow lab my car was distroyed!! I had a detail about two years ago from a private person and it didn't help, the stains in the seats were so bad I was told they would never come out!
I went to this car was and Jimmy offered a detail, I was reluctant to waist my money again but I was desperate! 
My car looks like new! They even got the coffee out of my passenger seat! I am so happy!! 
Amazing job to Jimmy and his team!
