Still a great selection of shops. Despite living on the west coast of FL, I usually go once a year for Christmas shopping. If you are going on a weekend between Black Friday and Christmas, be aware that the parking/traffic is rough. I usually try to park in the center and plan for about thirty minutes of walking. If I must drive between stores, I expect to spend about ten minutes looking for a new spot closer. 

During the rest of the year, parking is a non-issue and it is hard to find another center that rivals their shop selection.

This shopping plaza stays busy no matter what time of day or day of the week you visit. It's hectic at times, but totally worth it! They have so many new stores that has been added to both sides of the plaza and a nice array of restaurants. I like the blend of slightly upscale stores and affordable stores as it caters to a variety of people. I always enjoy the atmosphere with the music playing and people bustling.

Lots of shops so you can find whatever you're looking for, from pets to electronics to shoes. There are some nice restaurants as well.

The biggest problem I have is parking and navigating this place. Not so much because of the layout, more because Floridians drive very selfishly and don't seem to know how 4 way stops are supposed to work. I feel like it would be better off with a few parking garages instead of the flat lots nestled inside. The majority of the time if we visit and intend to go to more than one store, we'll park in one of the back corners and walk everywhere just to avoid the stress of trying to get inside.

With the death of the indoor mall all around America. Waterford Lakes is the new area to spend the week or grab lunch. There a tons of restaurants and high density commerical retail. Of you are coming for a unique experience or hole and the wall this is not the place. But if you want to drop off your teenager in a safe location look no further.

Cinema is a little dated now that there are a couple of newer ones and cinemas that have upgraded. If they upgraded to reclining seats at least i would go there more often instead of EPIC theatres at Lee vista. Customer service is pretty good though
