Wind down at the beautiful Waterfront Park with an alfresco yoga practice.

Connect with your mind, body, and nature.
This will be a rejuvenating Vinyasa flow and Restorative based yoga class. This yoga class is open to all levels.

*Please bring your own mat, props, and a jacket or blanket because it gets pretty chilly down by the bay.*

Please arrive early, especially if it is your first time, so you can have enough time to park, sign a waiver, and check in at the office inside of the county building. After parking please check in, pay the $7 drop in fee, and sign a waiver inside of the County Building (On the side of the building nearest to the playground). Then meet us outside on the grass in front of the County Building.
