Needs 'updating'. Dredge the lake (not until 2019 apparently...what's taking so long?) Needs more "beauty" amongst the pathways like Victoria Park. Needs something other than the animals to draw people to walk through it. Nicer benches/relaxing areas needed.

A wonderful fixture of Waterloo. There are animals, lovely views, and often music playing somewhere in the distance. It's incredibly spacious and great for running and sports, or just a romantic walk.

Great place for the family. It's a park with a splash pad, mini boardwalk where you can watch the ducks, open space to play sports, and there's a free mini zoo (like at high park). I was quite impressed and happy at how clean it was when I visited with my family a month ago. We have already been there 3 times so far.

Beautiful, little place!

Energetic skate park, which made an exciting - yet not too rowdy - atmosphere; lots of grass on which my golden retriever could run and play; baseball diamond with little leagues playing; and far enough away from the [quiet] street that there was no noise disturbance. All in all, a truly lovely park.

A great place to visit, bring family, or go for a walk in the forest. There's also a bunch of animals, and the whole park is nice and well-maintained.
