Went here for our Anniversary and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was classy and romantic and the service was phenomenal. We like to take our time at high end restaurants 2-3 hours and we were never rushed by the staff. The waiter made so many awesome recommendations and we absolutely loved everything we tried. The food is incredibly fresh, clean, and flavorful. I would highly recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers.
What a great experience, food was outstanding, wine was paired really well. Atmosphere was a pluse, quite enough so you could have a conversation. Loved the decor was fun & fresh.Food: 5/5

We visited for our anniversary. We ourdered a house salad and a lump crab and avocado salad, dirty rice, lobster macaroni, lobster and a 14 oz ribeye. All of the food was good except the dirty rice. The hostess Lydia was great. The waiter was ok. The restaraunt was overhyped by a hotel member where we stayed. For the price I would have preferred Del Frisco, Ruth Chris, or Eddie V's.

Came away unimpressed after trying Waters for Christmas Eve dinner. The raw oysters and steak were exceptional. Everything else, from the halibut to the sides to the drinks were average at best. Service in particular was mediocre, with seemingly confused staff the whole time, culminating in food being spilled on us with minor compensation afterwards. Will likely not return.
Wow. Absolutely top notch. From the service, to the atmosphere to the food...absolutely wonderful. Our server was fantastic. She made wonderful suggestions, answered all of my many questions and improved our overall dining experience. We started off with crab cakes which were delicious. Excellent dear on the top, but not too much. My wife ordered the pan seared halibut with sweet potato gnocchi and I had the char. Both were superb. When you goand you should make sure to get some of Nana’s lemon icebox cheesecake. It might honestly be the best cheesecake I have ever had. Ever.
Outstanding service. The manager Jamie was attentive and accommodating in these difficult and confusing times. Paul, our server, his attention to detail was outstanding and his knowledge of wine is as good as any sommelier I've ever met, in fact his knowledge of the menu and nuanced explanations of the different dishes were spot on which doesn't seem important but it made a tremendous impact on how much we all enjoyed our meal. Instead of buying what we were familiar with from other restaurants Paul was able to describe each item so precisely that we could almost taste it! We all changed our selections and were better for it. This is a 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend any higher. It was seriously one of, if not the very best meal we've ever had! Outstanding job! Thank you Waters for such a wonderful evening and excellent dinner!
We always have such a great time and experience when coming to dine here. We were served by Sophia this evening with the help from Kentt for some great wine options. We came to try out this years Restaurant Week menu and we were not disappointed. There were three of us at the table, so we were able to divide and conquer the whole menu this year and get to try everything. The salads, soup, and fish dishes. The espresso cream Brule dish was really outstanding and it really put the sponge cake into the shadows for the sweet part of the menu. Never a bad meal or service at Waters Texas!
We had the most amazing experience with our waiter Andrew! He recommended the best of the best aka hush puppies- off menu and both our entrees and oysters he recommended were outstanding. Highly suggest going to this restaurant and requesting Andrew.Food: 5/5
