Lived here from 2006 - 2013 (bought a house). Throughout that time we stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, and two different 2-bedroom townhouses (one from each section of the complex). We were very happy throughout the years.  Had a few issues with maintenance and water in each unit, but ultimately we we're satisfied. Sure, the rent is a little more expensive than other places, but it's nice to not pay for water or heat...that was more than worth it in my book.

I have never been treated so good. These apartments are awesome. Very clean and well maintained. The grounds are very nice also and taken good care of. Would recommend.

Lived there for 2 years. Not the most amazing place. But for the price range it's great! They pay for water and HEAT! Maintenance is pretty good, I even got myself locked out at 2 AM and called the maintenance guy who unlocked my door. The houses are pretty decent and they have a pool, volleyball and basketball court and playground. For the price you're paying it's a pretty good deal in my opinion. Only downside is, every year you stay, the rent goes up... why wouldn't you want to reward staying tenants? Instead they punish you for staying haha what??? Oh and I've heard of staff peeking through windows of "suspicious tenants" (I.e having a dog or other things) that's rather odd...

Maintenance is the biggest joke at this place. They don't fix anything and if you complain about neighbors (such as people above you that are too loud) they don't do anything about it. I had to have my boyfriend to talk to them and then they stopped. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!
