Exceptional.  I have been going since my dogs were puppies (over 11 years). The level of care and service has never changed. Everyone goes the extra mile and you can rest assured your fur babies are in the best of capable hands and care.

Dr. Kathy and all the staff were wonderful and knowledgeable with my 15 year old cat..I will be bring him back and our other 6 cats there in time. Thankful to have such a great practice just a mile away.  💕

One of my cats has a black crust on his face, ears and gooey eyes. I have brought him to every veterinarian in the area and no one seems to know how to fix it. 
Dr. Jen At Waterway Animal Hospital spent 3 hours with him to try to determine what was wrong. I couldn't believe the patience she has and her skills. Yes I highly recommend her to anyone with a pet.

I have had many pets and subsequently many vets over the years. I wish I had found Dr. Kathy sooner. She is amazing. She takes care of all my dogs needs. Not once has she pushed expensive options that were unnecessary. She spells out what options are available, but like in the case of my 15 year old golden retriever was honest and compassionate in her assessment. Past vets tried to make me feel guilty if I did not accept their over the top “solutions” that for specific example extended my cat’s life for about 10 days. That ten days was hell for my cat and for the family. Dr. Kathy is one of a kind and I have recommended her to all of my friends.

Really a great staff at this veterinary hospital the doctor was exceptional in my point of view the staff was very careful, had to bring my dog in for an examination of her right hind quarter. They were very gentle with her and showed a lot of care and they like what they're doing I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital.
