The people were friendly, including the manager. They did mostly a good job, but left a few things undone. There were a couple of small areas not vacuumed and still a little trash in those areas. They did not thoroughly wipe down the inside of the back windshield either. For $35. it should be perfectly done! I shouldnt have to correct anything at all! Ive decided NOT to go back to that location. I will find a better Waterway, with a higher rating!

Awesome friendly service from every employee, the moment I enter the driveway / until I leave! I do construction & they see me often... Staff from top to bottom, always say hi, wave, or have a short conversation with me! Daftney either does or makes sure the cleaning crew has taken care of my windows!!! Jeff S. takes care of my car alot of times...

Horrible, didnt vac or wipe anything interior. Dirty all around bottom outside.   Dont waste your time going here.  Avoid!!

Horrible. Very sloppy!  I should not have tipped them. Pulled off the lot and all my windows looked like they were wiped with a greasy towel, both inside and out. Got stuck in after work traffic and was not able to to turn around and go back. You can tell the people that they hire just want a paycheck and could care less about doing a good job. This place is a joke. Hope they can get things turned around. I will not recommend them to anyone!
