I arrived with a coupon I had gotten as a gift for a full service wash.  Upon arrival, I took the suggestion of the staff to add to the washing of the rubber floor mats to the service ticket. My wife and I live about a 30 minutes away from the nearest Waterway so I passed several car washes on the way to yours. It was definitely worth the trip. This car wash had been recommended by a friend and I see why. You and your staff did not disappoint me by providing fast and friendly service, as well as an excellent car wash. As I was leaving, Matt pointed out what they had done to make my wife's car look great again. Definitely will recommend  this Waterway to all friends and family.

The people working there are very friendly and very accommodating. I don't know the names of the individuals working the car wash so I can't single out the one girl who I think is especially wonderful. She tries hard and I have known her there for several months. I wish I could offer a special commendations, but I can't without a name. Thank you!

Back of the car was still dirty and the wheels definitely not well cleaned

The worst car wash exterior and interior. 

Exterior - bug residue still on front and plate. 
Interior - left dirt on front seats, when put my front seat back - more dirt and french fry, mat wash left dirt when now wet looking, didn't whip review mirror, back cup holders still chocolate milk residue, lifted yoga mat in trunk - not washed or vacuumed. Didn't wipe front cup holders. 

NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL HERE!
